Basic Burrito recipe Ingredients:
- 2 lbs or 32 oz sausage, from pasture raised pigs
- 1-2 cups raw cheddar cheese, shredded
- 12 eggs, from pasture raised hens
Basic Burrito Recipe Directions:
- Crack 12 eggs put in a bowl , crumble all the sausage in a skillet and cook until done.
- Combine the sausage and the 12 eggs stir it continuously until scramble.
- When the eggs are done, turn the heat to low setting and stir in the cheddar cheese.
- Turn of the heat when the cheese is begin to melt and cover with a lid. The Cheese will keep melting without burning everything and sticking to the pan.
- Serve with butter fried tortillas and top with the toppings (topping listed below )

When you cook the basic ingredients ,you can pop some tater tots in the oven on a greased cookie sheet to bake for about 20 minutes.
